- Hotel pickup and drop-off by private taxi will be arranged for you. Pickup is possible from anywhere in Phuket, except Coconut Island. (Vegetarian food option available) You will get your lunch box at the start of the private longtail tour in Phi Phi. - Due to the closure of Maya Bay in August and September and the peak of monsoon season, this tour is not running in the months August and September every year. - The lunch is a simple meal of your choice, which will be given to you in a box at the start of the private longtail tour in Phi Phi. You can eat this whenever you feel hungry during the tour. - The minimum age for this tour is 3 years. - Local Thai captain speaks very basic English - Rescheduling your booked tour to a different date is free of charge and possible when done more than 24 hours before the start. - In case you want to cancel your booked tour, a 95% refund can be provided up until 24 hours before the start. No refund will be given if the cancelation request is received within 24 hours before the start. - Tour schedule might differ due to weather, wind and sea conditions. - In case the weather condition is cloudy or little rain, and the tour is still running: you cannot reschedule your tour and we are not able to process a refund. - In case the weather condition is not good enough for the tour to happen, we will give you the chance to reschedule to a different date or a 100% refund. - Please keep a safe distance from the monkeys, as they can be aggressive. A bite can result in a trip to the hospital with several rabies shots. - While monkey sightings are highly likely, they cannot be guaranteed. Blacktip reef sharks can also be difficult to spot. - Tours are not recommended for pregnant women, people with back problems, or mobility impaired people. - In case of no-show, it is not possible to provide any refund or reschedule.
