The best way to avoid the big crowds at Maya Bay, is by staying overnight in Koh Phi Phi. Then in the morning at sunrise, take a shared speedboat or private longtail tour to be one of the first at the beach when Maya Bay opens at 7 AM.

You can book a tour easily on our website. You select the date and timeslot that you want to do the tour and you pay online to reserve the seats. The calendar of every tour is up-to-date, and your booking is automatically confirmed once the payment has been done.

All of our tours are mostly fully booked every day of the year. Full prepayment is needed in order to reserve your seats.

No, this is not possible. Only orders that have been paid online can be confirmed. If your tour does not include national park fee, this needs to be paid in cash on the day of the tour at Maya Bay.

The weather apps are never correct in Thailand and especially in Phi Phi because of its island climate. We unfortunately don't know before if it will rain or not.

If the weather and sea conditions are safe, the tour is guaranteed to happen. This means that the tour will also happen when it is raining or cloudy. The chances are big that the sky will clear up soon and you will enjoy a sunny day. The itinerary can change due to the weather and sea conditions and is out of our control.

No refund is possible if we decide that it is safe to go out. If the weather and sea conditions are determined unsafe by us, we will offer you to reschedule the tour or provide a full refund.

If you made a booking that was a mistake, or booked tour that requires us to contact us to check availability before booking, we can provide a refund except for the payment and handling fees, meaning that 90% can be refunded. We can refund the full amount minus the payment fees if you contact us within 1 hour after booking.

You can reschedule your tour on our website if the request is done more than 24 hours before the tour.

The only tours for which you cannot reschedule are the ones with limited availability:
